T'Was the Night Before Christmas...My Day

It's my day today. First let me thank Mdm Samm of Sew We Quilt and Marlene of Stitching by the Lake for organizing this blog hop. I appreciate their encouragement!
First, I received a wonderful gift from Beth of Words and Stitches. It includes a lovely notebook, a fabric bag that contained three fat quarters, and four very cute coasters. Thank you so much, this gift is wonderful! I love it!!!
Now for a couple of projects that I have recently used that are fairly fast.
I made this table runner for my son's birthday.
I enjoyed making it so much that I decided you might like to try it. For instructions click here. You may also need the instructions for my method of making flying geese click here.
Another gift that I enjoy making for friends and family are knitted dishcloths. I like to change which patterns I make to keep things interesting. One pattern that I enjoy making is one that I made up.

I thought you might like to try making it. Click here for the instructions.
I hope you can use these patterns for you own homemade Christmas.
Now be sure to check the other hoppers today!
