One Down, Six More to Go!

Well It finally happened, I completely finished a Phd!!!! My plans were to finish one by the end of Feb, but then a bad cold changed that so I'm a few days late. Anyway, I finished the one listed as "Santa Wall Hanging" and I really happy with the results. It's a Jeri Kelly design. I machine appliqued it and machine quilted it. Tell me what you think.

It's so nice to finally finish something. I've found myself jumping from project to project lately, so it's time to buckle down and finish some things, but first I have to.....

Just a thought, is anyone interested in a machine applique tutorial?

Hi Jill, I'm still having really bad headaches so haven't been doing much. Your wall quilt is adorable... I think a mach. app. tutorial would go over nicely. I'll call soon.

You are a master of machine applique! Yes, please post a tutorial. Sadly, I'm still trying to finish a 'baby' quilt for my 2 year old grand daughter because I'm stalling on the last block, which includes her name in applique. Congratulations on completing a PhD!

That little wallhanging is just adorable. Is this another of your own designs? You are so very talented.
